VanAllen is excited to partner with The Wonderful Company in their search for an Aviation Leader. If you have previous business aviation leadership experience leading an aviation team (or leading scheduling, technical, or pilot teams) you are encouraged to apply. This position is based in Bakersfield, California, and leads a large, international, multi-base aviation team operating multiple aircraft ranging from Caravans to super-midsize jets.

Pay Range: $355,000 - $395,000 with opportunities for additional incentive compensation. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
